Tia was purchased to dressage and was only put in foal because her rider fell pregnant. We were so impressed by her first foal that we have bred from her ever since. A large framed mare with a great attitude to her work, she was doing well with her training until the unforseen event!

Tia was bred by Charon, whose offspring are known for their rideability. Charon was by the show jumping sire Classiker, who had 9 licenced sons in only 3 seasons before his early death. Lunendorff, Charon’s dam sire was a famous producer of both dressage and jumping horses which were well respected for their rideability and attitude to work. On the dams side is Rubinstar by the record making dressage producer Rubenstein. Rubinstar achieved a elite status due to the continued success of his progeny. He gained a 10 for his willingness to work.
Rubinstar himself worked to grand prix dressage.

Tia has bred top quality well moving foals by De Niro, Ampere and Royal Classic that have sold easily and are well thought of by their owners. She is as sweet a horse as you are ever likely to come across and passes her superb manners to her offspring.

We are excited to announce that she is once again in foal to Royal Classic and is due to foal in May 2012.
